FINDING YOUR FICTION: WHERE DO YOU START?

and Finding Your Short Fiction

You’ve written a few stories but aren’t sure they’re any good. Or, you’ve written all your life but never shared them with anyone other than maybe your close relatives. Or, you love telling stories and want to write them down but have no experience. Where do you start? Join us in this six-week workshop for beginning fiction writers and learn a few rules before you break them. Learn dialogue mechanics, narrative grammar and style, basic story elements and more. You will learn through guided practice, writing prompts, in-class assignments, home exercises, and group discussion.
